Not at all. Whether it's your first class or your hundredth, our instructors offer options for different levels so you can move at your own pace.
-
Just yourself, comfortable workout clothes, and a water bottle. Mats and props are provided. For heated classes please bring an extra sports-towel that covers the mat for hygenic reasons. In case you don’t have one, you can borrow one at the desk for 3€.
-
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before class, especially if it's your first visit.
-
Heated classes use infrared warmth to create a cozy, sweat-inducing environment ranging around 34-36℃., while unheated classes focus on strength, mobility, and mindful movement at room temperature.
-
Not quite. While both use light from the infrared and red light spectrum, they serve different purposes.
Infrared heating is used to gently warm the body and create the comfortable heated environment in our classes.
Red light therapy uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light and is commonly used to support recovery, relaxation, and overall well-being.
Think of it this way: infrared heat helps you move, red light helps you recover. 🔥❤️
-
Most likely. Especially in our heated classes, where room temperature ranges around 34-36℃. But don't worry—everyone else will too. 😉
-
Yes. The red light used in our studio is non-invasive and designed to support relaxation and recovery. It's simply another way to help you feel your best.
